Moving IN is so much more fun than moving out! Grammy kept the boys for us so we could assist the movers and get a head start on unpacking the essentials.
We have been talking up Charlie's new big boy room BIG time... trying to get him excited about sleeping in a big boy bed upstairs so he won't be too freaked out with all the change. We bought this bed for him and he helped pick out his bedspread- STARS, his favorite! He was SO excited when he saw it put together..and we've had no problems (so far) with him transitioning to a new room and new bed!
Buying a two story house with small kids can be a little scary... especially with Henry not quite walking yet. I didn't want to risk any injuries and wanted good, reliable baby gates for our stairs. Luckily we have this awesome friend who has his own wrought iron business. He designed these custom gates for our stairs and I LOVE THEM! I know we will be very happy to have them at least for the next few years!
Here we are walking to our new mailbox.. only to find out this isn't our mailbox. Oops.
Now we have lots of unpacking to do!
